FOR AGENCIES AND CONSULTANCIES

Technical subcontracting

We are the engineering team behind your delivery. You keep the client, the contract and the relationship; we build the technical part your team does not cover.

The engineering team that does not compete with you

Every project has a part that sells easily and delivers hard: the ERP integration nobody wants to touch, the module the platform does not ship, the migration carrying ten years of dirty data. That is where we come in — as an extension of your team and on your terms.

We do not sell platform licences or implementations, so there is no path where we end up competing for your client. That is precisely why this arrangement works.

WHAT GETS SUBCONTRACTED TO US

The part that delivers hard

We start where configuration ends and engineering begins.

The integrations the platform does not cover

When the off-the-shelf connector runs out and you have to drop down to the API: ERP, phone systems, portals, payment gateways or the client's own software. Integrations with error handling, retries and a clear decision on which system owns each field.

Custom development on top of what you sold

The module the standard product does not ship, the client portal, the workflow that will not fit into the default configuration. We build on top of what you have already implemented rather than redoing it.

Backend, data and automation

APIs, batch processes, migrations with deduplication, automation with Make, n8n or code depending on what the case calls for. The plumbing that holds the project up once it grows.

Senior capacity for one stretch of the project

A senior engineer who joins for a defined phase and leaves when it ends. No hiring, no fixed structure between projects and no commitment against your margin for the rest of the year.

WHAT YOU GET

Capacity when you need it, without the structure

  • Take on projects you currently turn down for lack of an available technical profile.
  • Add capacity without hiring or carrying structure between projects.
  • Talk to senior engineers directly, not through a layer of account management.
  • Get the work documented and handed over, with no dependency on us to maintain it.
  • We cover European and American time zones, useful when your client is not in yours.
  • Your client stays yours: we do not appear in front unless you want us to.

WHAT AGENCIES ASK US

Frequently asked questions

Will you approach my client directly?

No. You keep the contract, the relationship and the commercial conversation. We work with your team and, if the project calls for it, join technical meetings as part of it. We do not prospect your clients during the project or after it.

Are you a Zoho Partner?

We are not, and we tell you up front on purpose. We do not sell platform licences or implementations, so there is no scenario where we end up competing with you for that project. We come in on the engineering side: the hard integration and the custom development around the platform you sold.

Can you work under our brand?

Yes. We can deliver white label so the work ships under your name, or introduce ourselves as your engineering team if you would rather be transparent with the client. You decide at the start and we hold to it across every touchpoint, including the documentation we hand over.

Do you work fixed price or time and materials?

Both. When the scope is clear we prefer fixed price, because it lets you quote your client without carrying risk. When it is not, we start with a short scoping block to pin the work down, then choose the format with real information on the table.

What happens when the project ends?

You keep the code, the documentation and the reasoning behind why it is built the way it is. The goal is that your team can maintain it without us. If you would rather we stay on for support and evolution, that is agreed separately — never as a dependency created by how we left the work.

Shall we build something that scales, together?

Tell us about your project. We'll get back to you with a concrete plan and a senior team — not a generic quote.
