Web development for E-commerce

We build headless storefronts with React and Next.js that genuinely load fast, convert better and absorb campaign peaks without degrading the checkout.

THE CHALLENGE

The challenges of E-commerce

In e-commerce, every millisecond of load time and every campaign spike directly impact conversion and revenue. The software must be fast, resilient under spikes and well integrated with the rest of the commercial ecosystem.

  • Traffic spikes during campaigns and seasonality
  • Performance and load speed (conversion)
  • Integrations (ERP, gateways, marketplaces)
  • Scalability without runaway costs
  • A smooth buying experience

How we help you

In e-commerce, speed is not a technical metric — it is revenue. Every extra tenth of a second on the product page shows up in the conversion rate, and an outage in the middle of Black Friday is measured in lost carts. We build the web layer of stores that have outgrown what a template gives them: server rendering where it matters for SEO, caching designed with intent, and a checkout that does not break when real traffic arrives.

Speed you can see in the conversion rate

Server rendering, optimised images and JavaScript trimmed to the minimum. We measure with field data, not with a lab score that later bears no resemblance to reality.

Headless without losing SEO

We separate storefront and commerce engine while keeping content indexable, with structured product data and clean URLs that survive the migration.

A checkout that holds under campaign load

The point where sales are lost is the one we test hardest: load testing before each campaign and controlled degradation if a third-party service fails.

A catalogue that scales without a fight

Thousands of SKUs with filters and search that respond, batched page generation and incremental revalidation so a price change doesn't rebuild the entire store.

WHAT YOU GAIN

Web development, results-driven

  • A senior React, Next.js and TypeScript team, with no juniors learning at your expense
  • Web applications that genuinely load fast, measured in Core Web Vitals
  • Accessibility and technical SEO built in from the very first component
  • A design system of your own so the interface grows without becoming a collage
  • A frontend that integrates with your backend and your systems, not an isolated storefront

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is headless worth it compared to my current template?

It's worth it when performance, integrations or the buying experience are already holding you back and the standard theme has run out of room. If your store works and sells on a template, we'll say so: migration costs money and only pays off if you gain conversion or speed of change.

Will I lose Google rankings when migrating the frontend?

Not if it's planned. We keep the URL structure, 301-redirect anything that changes, preserve structured data and compare crawls before and after. The typical migration drop comes from skipping that work, not from the technology.

Does it integrate with my ERP, PIM and marketplaces?

Yes. The storefront consumes an API layer connected to your ERP, your PIM and the marketplaces, with reliable synchronisation of stock, prices and orders, so the store never advertises availability that doesn't exist.

Custom web build or a template CMS?

If all you need is to publish content and little else, a template CMS is the honest answer and we will say so. Custom development starts to pay off when there is business logic, users with permissions, integrations with your systems, or performance a template cannot give you.

Why React and Next.js?

Because they combine a huge ecosystem with server rendering, which is what lets you have a rich application that is also indexable and fast. Next.js gives us SSR, routing and image optimisation without building our own infrastructure. If your case does not justify it, we will propose something simpler.

Do you only work in Madrid?

We are based in Madrid and work remotely with clients across Spain, Europe and Latin America. If you prefer in-person meetings in Madrid, we do them; if you prefer remote work with short meetings and frequent releases, that works too.

Can you step into an existing web application?

Yes. We audit the code, dependencies and real-world performance to understand what is there, and from that point we stabilise and evolve it in stages, without stopping your operation or defaulting to a rewrite.

Shall we build something that scales, together?

Tell us about your project. We'll get back to you with a concrete plan and a senior team — not a generic quote.
