- Do you have a team in Galicia or do you work from Madrid?
- Both: LMNHUB is a distributed team based in Madrid and Galicia. What we do not have is a walk-in office in A Coruña or Vigo. That changes nothing for you — we come to wherever you are whenever the meeting is worth it, and seeing you in person is neither a favour nor an exception.
- So is the whole project run on-site?
- No, and it should not be. On-site earns its place at kick-off, during discovery, and when scope has to be settled with several people in the same room. The day-to-day — building, reviews, releases every few weeks — runs remotely, which is where the work actually moves. Calling people into a room out of habit just burns everyone's time.
- We are an industrial company, not a startup. Do we fit?
- You do. Much of the interesting work in Galicia sits in industry, marine, canning, distribution and tourism: internal systems, ERP integrations, customer portals and applications replacing spreadsheets that have been growing for ten years. You do not need to be a SaaS product to need custom software.
- What if the project grows and we need more people?
- The team is distributed, so we scale by adding senior profiles without you running a hiring process or switching supplier mid-project. What we do not do is add juniors to learn at your expense in order to pad the team.
